Quality Assurance

Our company exists to promote and protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We do that by designing, building, and supporting security and intelligence products. Our core expertise is in small, lightweight, high performance multi-mode radar systems for unmanned and manned aircraft. We cover the entire life cycle, often beginning with defining a market where none exists, designing and building the product, training the customer on how to use the system, and supporting it in the field.

We are looking for a talented individual to add to our Quality Management team. In addition to skills and experience, we are after someone who is a healthy fit - someone who aligns with our company core values and is a team player. We are looking for someone with smarts, skills, and experience in Quality Assurance. You'll be working with a talented team and with a compelling product and will have an opportunity to make a big difference for the company and for our customers who need the capabilities we can provide.

  • Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Able to communicate (verbally and in writing) clearly and concisely.
  • Able to write and edit clearly and concisely, while following generally accepted grammar rules.
  • Able to look at quality issues objectively, and negotiate and implement solutions.
  • Able to obtain certifications and/or have working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Able to obtain certification and/or have a working knowledge of IPC Standards (i.e., J-STD-001).
  • Able to perform mathematical calculations and have a working knowledge of statistical analysis.
  • Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision after adequate training.
